Roast chicken with crispy thyme and garlic potatoes, served with bok choy & a tomato pesto sauce
Grilled beef sirloin with caramelised onion jus, served on a bed of cous cous with potato wedges
Barramundi fillet on braised red cabbage, green peas & served with aioli

Whole orange cake with cheesecake frosting & mango coulis
Peppermint pannacotta with chocolate chips & raspberry coulis
Vanilla ice-cream with chocolate sauce
